1. General Policy

Because our Services include immediate digital access (meal plans, guides, coaching materials, and app tools), refunds are generally not available after access has been granted. However, exceptions and guarantees may apply in specific cases (outlined below).
2. Satisfaction Guarantee
We believe in the quality and effectiveness of our programs. If you fully participate and feel you did not receive value, we’ll work with you to make it right.
You may qualify for a refund or credit under our Satisfaction Guarantee if all of the following conditions are met:
• You completed at least 80% of the program or challenge requirements, including check-ins or tracking tasks.

• You submit your request within 14 days of program completion.
• Your refund request includes a brief written explanation of why the program did not meet your expectations.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
3. Refunds for Duplicate Charges or Technical Errors
If you were charged more than once for the same product or experienced a technical billing error, contact us immediately at billing@ketolifeplan.com.
We will verify and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days of confirmation.
4. Subscription Renewals
KetoLifePlan.com subscriptions renew automatically at the interval selected (monthly or annual) until canceled.
To avoid renewal charges:
• Cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the renewal date via your account dashboard or by contacting [email protected].
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Once a renewal payment is processed, access to premium materials is immediately extended, and therefore, renewal payments are non-refundable.
5. 7-Day Challenge Entry Fees
All 7-Day Challenge entry fees are non-refundable, as these programs include pre-scheduled digital resources, daily materials, leaderboard tracking, and eligibility for prizes.
Participants who do not complete the challenge are not eligible for refunds or credits.
However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents access (e.g., login failure, file delivery error), contact [email protected] within 48 hours of the issue for resolution or credit transfer to a future challenge.
6. Promotional Offers and Bundles
Promotional discounts, limited-time bundles, and early-access prelaunch offers are non-refundable once purchased.
These offers are priced below standard retail value and often include immediate access to digital assets, bonuses, or community participation that cannot be rescinded.

All KetoLifePlan.com materials and programs are designed for educational and informational purposes only.
We make no guarantees of specific results, including but not limited to weight loss, fitness gains, or medical outcomes.
Results vary based on individual commitment, health status, and adherence to guidance.

8. Challenge Leaderboards and Incentive Prizes
To maintain fairness and transparency:
• Participants must complete at least 80% of daily activities to qualify for leaderboard recognition.
• One winner from the Top 10 leaderboard will be selected by random draw for the announced reward (e.g., a resort stay, wellness retreat, or equivalent prize).
• The prize has an approximate retail value of $5,000 USD.
• Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be substituted for a prize of equal or greater value at KetoLifePlan.com’s discretion.
KetoLifePlan.com reserves the right to verify completion and eligibility before awarding any prize.
9. Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds or credits in circumstances such as:
• Verified duplicate transactions
• Technical errors preventing access
• Incorrect or accidental billing amounts
• Product discontinuation or cancellation by KetoLifePlan.com
All approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
